**WINTERIZATION POLICY**
The Service Department will only guarantee the winterization if you purchase our antifreeze with our servicing the winterization. If you provide your own antifreeze, we do not guarantee the service. Also, we will need to provide the De-winterization in the spring to guarantee our servicing of the winterization from the previous fall season.
